Healing Self Package

These Treatments work together to bring you back to yourself to allow your body, mind, soul and spirit to connect back to your higher self and source energy.
We work together in an energetic holistic healing way that allows you to gain access back to self. Bringing your power of self healing back into the forefront of your minds eye.

I use a combination of four different healing sessions over the course of four weeks, I set you some small homework tasks mainly reflective work and give you a bottle of Bespoke Flower Remedies which is a vibrational medicine that works with you and your personal energic blueprint. Which is your daily homecare.

Session 1 - Consultation and Breathwork - 1.5 hours
In this session we will first sit with the things that are coming up for you currently and what you would ultimately like to get out of our four weeks working together.
This type of Breathwork is a active conscious connected breathwork that allows you to open up your channels and actively release stuck, trapped emotions, energy and trauma. It can be very powerful and activating which allows you to let go of things you need and have been wanting to for a while. It can stimulate flashbacks and past memories and also bring helpful insights into your awareness.
Session 2 - Rose Reiki - 1 hour
This session will be aimed at clearing and healing chakra imbalances. I channel The Rose Reiki energy of the Divine Feminine. It is a beautiful relaxing and stimulating session that brings the body into balance. I work with Spirit when doing hands on healing and call in your teams of helpers to bring forward any healing and messages they want to pass through.
Session 3 Hypnotherapy - 1 Hour
This session I will create a personal script just for you on a particular issue or concern you would like to work with. This works on the subconscious part of your brain and allows you to access deep transformative levels of change.

Session 4 Coaching session or pick another of the above treatments - 1 hour
For this last session together you can have a choice of a coaching session where to talk through areas of your life that you are wanting to look and and how we can bring about a change. These coaching sessions are beautiful sessions that allow you to be seen, heard and listened to. They are space holding sessions where you can talk about anything you want to bring to that space that maybe you haven't been able to make sense of or felt reluctant to discuss with others. I can signpost and give advice on how maybe you can move forward with any areas.
