Join myself and other like minded sisters for a day of deep devotion to self
The Theme of this retreat will be connecting to self love through self devotion.
​
We will open the day with a Ceremonial Cacao Circle, setting intentions for the day and then
dive deep into a guided hypnotherapy session. Hypnosis is a powerful tool to help us unblock
subconscious behaviours. Cacao is the beautiful healing feminine spirit of plant medicine that
allows us to work with deeper aspects of ourselves without getting caught up in them. she is a
guide that holds us while we look at ourselves in a different way. She is pure heart medicine.
A full ceremonial dose will be served to each person

We will be working with the meridian channels and deep connective tissues through Yin Yoga postures.
Yin Yoga is a deep healing somatic yoga where all postures are laying down on your mat.
We move through each posture slowly and hold the poses much longer than yoga asana.
Yin yoga was designed to release trapped energy of emotion that maybe stuck in different organs
and energy channels called meridians from TMC Traditional Chinese Medicine.
I have both witnessed and experienced personal deep healing benefits from this type of yoga.

(This is not a dynamic or power yoga so no yoga experience is necessary. Most of the practice
will be laying down with your eyes closed in your own personal space)
​
We will also explore a powerful guided journey with conscious connected breathwork to uncover
what may be holding you back from the path of total surrender to self. This type of breathwork is a powerful release of trapped emotions, Energy and trauma that your holding onto on a deep sub conscious level.
​
Followed by a sharing circle, journaling, oracle cards and light healthy refreshments and snacks throughout the day.
​
The beautiful coming together of like minded sisters in sisterhood holding, supporting, witnessing, and manifesting together we will creatively celebrate the power of women in circle.
​

Women only Spaces are limited due to the emotional element
of this type of work. These Circles are small and intimate.
