Bespoke Healing Ceremony with Plant Medicines and Either Breathwork or Reiki

Each personal healing session will consist of a ritual of events we will start will grounding into our space together, talking through things that are coming up for you currently and setting intensions of what you would like to let move through you, so you are able to feel it and release it. We then will cleanse, with sacred smoke and Hape to open up your chanels and let go on any enegies that your holding that are not yours. Once you have settled into a space of calm and relaxation the plant medicine is served depending on your choice of plants which is arranged before each session in a consulation. Sitting in ceremony is very different for everyone its a time to sit with the self and feel things that you have been repressing or hiding from.

Rose Healing 

In ancient texts in Ayurveda and traditional Chinese Medicine, the Rose had a prominent presence, particularly in relation to balancing the emotions, relieving the heart of depression and grief, and treating psycho -spiritual imbalances.  She is the herb of  Venus and the feminine, gentle, relaxing, and balancing. The Rose has the power to uplift mood, nourish the heart.

Blue Lotus Healing 

The sacred and mystical Blue Lotus, Regarded as "The Flower of Enlightenment" is an ethnobotanical treasure that has been recorded in ancient scriptures as a heal all and revered as an ancestorial flower. Blue Lotus is a water lily best know for it powers of euphoria, intuition, rejuvenation and aphrodisia. She is associated with Egyptian Sun god RA. Blue Lotus is said to assist the soul in entering the light. She brings about pain relief, stress relief and lucid awareness.

Cacao Healing

Cacao the ultimate heart opener of the feminine spirit she has been used for centuries in many spiritual ceremonies, death rites, and sacrifices. She allows us to step into our emotional selves without getting caught up there.  This beautiful plant help the nervous system, opens the heart and our sexual, creative energies

Bobinsana Healing 

This beautful pink  medicine is lucid dreaming aid and shamanic healer and has been used for countless generations to heal the body and enhance spiritual connection. The entire plant is used for healing. a powerful tonic for strenth and energy and to boost the immune system. The shamanic plant has long been perscribed to heal matters of the heart, emotional truama, to support those with arthritis, rheumatism and musculoskeletal pains. She provides comfort to those experincing loss, heartbreak or grief. She also assists in soul retrival as she is able to help the patient dissolve the barries of time. Those who learn to sit with bobinsana are able to heal even the most wounded of hearts. she is know as a master plant healer in ceremony she can faciliate conection to the spirit world. Her feminine spirit gives her the name of "sirenita bobinsana"

Hape is a very sacred natural plant medicine from the Brazilian Amazon, when working with this medicine with prayer and intention, benefits can include relieve anxiety, stress and depression. Calms the nervous system, clears mental confusion and helps with negative thoughts. Hape clears out the energetic field brings in greater clarity and connection with self.

Each Healing session is around  2 hours depending on whats coming up and through.

We sit with intention with the plant medicine you have chosen to work with call in your guides and higher self to assist with healing and insight throughout your journey. 

I will then take you on a 60 minute energy healing journey guided with sound or Concious connected Breakwork session (selection of choice available) 

Afterwards we discuss and integrate the guidance that came through.
